Introduction

In this section, we set forth the store policies regarding payment for purchases, returns and refunds and regarding the handling of confidential customer information (privacy). We invite customer comments and suggestions regarding the policies.

Mission

The mission of this website is to provide viewers with the opportunity to enjoy the art of Phillip A. Windell and to purchase and own a copy of any of his images. We value your interest, appreciation and patronage and strive to ensure your satisfaction with our service as well as the final images you decide to purchase.

Copyrights

All of the images on this website are copyrighted and are the property of the Artist. None of the images may be downloaded and used for any prupose whatsovever without the expressed written consent of the Artist.

To assist in protecting the Artist's copyright, the Artist's logo is emblazened across each of the images. A purchased copy of any of the images will NOT include the logo.Unless you desire otherwise and express that desire to the Artist at the time of purchase, the Artist will personally sign the front of the matt for all print orders. A special copyright logo is printed on the back of all our cards. For digital images, a reduced copy of the logo is available for placement in a bottom corner.

Returns and Refunds

When you decide to purchase an image from us, we expect you will be pleased with the result when it arrives. We do understand, however, that there may be situations when you are less than fully satisfied.

Damaged in Shipping:We make every effort to pack our products so as to minimize the chance of damage while being shipped. Accidents happen, nevertheless. In case the piece was damaged in shipping, please inform the carrier of the damage and make arrangements for the piece to be returned to our shipping facility as indicated by the return address on the package. If the shipper insists on payment for their services, please send us a copy of your receipt and we will ensure that you are reimbursed. Your artwork will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the damaged piece at no additional cost to you.

Otherwise: If for any reason you are otherwise not satisfied with the work within 10 days of its arrival, please simply re-package the piece and return it to the shipping facility. Your purchase price will be refunded, less a modest 5 percent restocking fee. You may also wish to purchase another image, in which case we will waive the restocking fee. For our own curiosity and in an effort to better serve our customers, we would appreciate you telling us the reasons for your dissatisfaction; however, that is not necessary for you to receive a replacement or refund.

Privacy

Please be assured that ALL of the information you provide to us in the course of your purchase will be held in strictest confidence, including your name and contact information. We will never sell your name and contact information to a third party or in any other manner share your information with anyone. In the course of your visit to our site, including in the process of your purchase, you may be asked if you would like to receive e-mail notifications from us to advise you of changes in the website or of other news. You will be contacted by us only if you explicitly agree and provide your contact information in direct response to our questions.
